AnElden Ringplayer has uploaded a hilarious video of them trying to use their character to defeat a real-world distraction. From Software’s open world epic has a high number of bosses and enemies that players can encounter while exploringElden Ring, each coming with its own challenges.
Gamers looking to pass their time in the Lands Between they wait for the Shadows of the Erdtree DLC, have been showcasing their talents against some of the toughest enemies. Recently, agamer defeated one ofElden Ring’s toughest bosses at level 1all while dressed as a Roderika NPC. They managed to take on Godfrey and survive despite having not spent any runes on powering up their character.

A Redditor by the name of Pantsickle has uploaded a humorous video titled ‘How do you beat this boss’, which shows their Elden Ring character taking a swipe at the very real cat sitting in front of the television. The feline initially glared at the camera, perhaps wanting the player’s attention to be on them rather than the TV, before being distracted by the various sword swipes and jumps from Torrent the horse.
TheElden Ringcommunity often provides great hints at defeating bosses, including one player sharing theirtactics on dispatching the Bell Bearing Hunter. Looking at the comments shows equally hilarious responses, ranging from using catnip pots to shaking a bag of treats. Other players have even shared similar stories, admitting they have been stuck with similar enemies for a while.
A cat obstructing the TV screen has been a problem ever since televisions were introduced into people’s homes, but at least Pantsickle’s cat didn’t jump up during a tense boss fight. SinceElden Ringwas released last year, folks have documented numerous external factors that have caused them to see the feared You Died screen. These have ranged from a depleted battery in a controller toa new player hitting Margit at the worst possible time.

To make the challenge even more difficult, the gamer took their HP down to a minimum so that one hit fromElden Ring’s most challenging boss would finish off their character with ease.
