His endurance only grew during Part II, as he awakened and used the Mangekyo Sharingan.
During his exploits in the Fourth Shinobi World War, Sasuke fought against Obito Uchiha and Madara Uchiha when they became the Ten-Tails' jinchuriki, followed by Kaguya Otsutsuki. He then went on to fight Naruto to a stalemate, illustrating his immense stamina.

Theseries' titular protagonist, who is nowregarded as the strongest shinobi in history, Naruto Uzumaki became the jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, Kurama, on the day of his birth. He was blessed with an inherently powerful life force due to his Uzumaki lineage and was also a reincarnation of Asura Otsutsuki.
Consequently, Naruto was able to acquire skills such as Sage Mode and Six Paths' Sage Mode alongside mastering the Nine-Tails' chakra and receiving chakra from all the tailed beasts. As the brother of the Sage of Six Paths and son of Kaguya Otsutsuki, Hamura was blessed with huge chakra reserves, raw strength, and the Byakugan. By the time he reached adulthood, Hamura had honed his abilities to the point wherehe could fight for months alongsidehis brother Hagoromo, against their mother Kaguya.
Hamura and his brother succeeded in sealing their mother, after a long and hard-fought battle against her and the Ten-Tails itself. By adulthood, Hamura had manifested the Tenseigan, an evolved version of his dojutsu.

While already a fearsome shinobi in his own right, Obito’s power grew immensely when he became the jinchuriki of the Ten-Tails in the Fourth Shinobi World War. Although he only managed to secure portions of the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails, Obito was able to focus the incomplete Ten-Tails' power once he stabilized his mental faculties, after initially being overwhelmed by its influence.
With this, he became virtuallyimpervious to damage from most ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu attacks. Obito also gained regenerative abilities as well as enhanced speed, strength, and virtually inexhaustible chakra reserves.

Born as a reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki,Madara was already a legendary shinobiwhose strength and feats were still revered generations after his apparent death. When he succeeded in sealing the Ten-Tails within himself, Madara ascended to an entirely different plane of power, gaining even more power than Obito did due to having most of the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails' chakra.
Madara then had access to instant regeneration from any injury, making him nigh on immortal. In addition, he was also granted enhanced speed and strength, along with the ability to fly, and cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

A god-like figure known throughout history as thefabled Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsukiwas the son of Kaguya and brother of Hamura. Fighting side-by-side with his brother for months against Kaguya, Hagoromo played an instrumental role in saving the world from the Ten-Tails and Kaguya, who they sealed on the moon.
Subsequently, he sealed the Ten-Tails within himself, becoming the first jinchuriki in history. As the creator of ninshu, the predecessor of ninjutsu, Hagoromo held immense reserves of chakra and could mold it without any hand seals.
