SinceCyberpunk 2077has been fixed for the most part, it’s a good time for players to jump back in, or for new players to finally play. Because of these fixes,Cyberpunk 2077now plays in the way it was intended. The rebalancing has changed how weapon attachment behaves. Now players can fight back without the jarring performance issues that certain weapons had due to the attachments. Since the game is more accessible, players can enjoy the shooting. The wealth of weapon attachments to choose from will improve their efficiency during combat encounters.
Players who were still skeptical about the quality of this game don’t need to have second thoughts anymore. Update 2.0 revamps the game’s systems in a brilliant manner that makes a player’s romp through Night City feel fresh and engaging once again.Cyberpunk 2077is finally a great game that stands strong as one of the greatest action RPGs of all time. It features a wealth of ways for players to tackle their enemies, including weapon attachments that improve their efficiency in a firefight.

While some are great from the moment they’re picked up, others have a lot of potential to be unlocked through the use of the various attachments available in the game. Depending on the type of weapon, there will be different attachments which can, in the case of sniper rifles, for example, increase the possible zoom, reduce sway and make a weapon more accurate. When used properly, attachments can turn a regular weapon that no one would look at twice, into an instrument of mass destruction that can easily decimate enemies.
Effect(s)
TheHandymanis a great Short Scope made by SoftSys that was added in Patch 1.5. This useful attachment increases a weapon’s zoom by 0.3-0.5 and its effective range by 10-20%. If players upgrade this attachment enough to reach Tier 5, they will enjoy a +10% Crit Chance increase when landing headshots and weakspots.
As for display information, the Handyman, has an ammo counter on the top left and a targeting reticle that slightly grows when aiming at enemies. To get this attachment, players can go to one of the weapon vendors in Night City and purchase it.
Sniper rifles inCyberpunk 2077are extremely powerful and versatile, as they allow to take enemies down from a distance without too much effort. TheGakiattachment, manufactured by Tsunami, is great to pair with any sniper rifle, as it increases zoom by 3.50-4.00 while also reducing weapon sway by 30%. When upgraded to Tier 5, the Gaki also reduces by half the charge time for a fully charged shot.
It should be noted that this weapon can only be installed on Tech Sniper Rifles and that it has an altimeter that allows players to see how high their position is at every moment. The Gaki can be purchased from weapon vendors once V reaches level 30.
Most muzzles inCyberpunk 2077affect the weapon’s damage, but at the same time, most have trade-offs that can compensate. If players attach this silencer to one ofthe better pistols,“Dying Night,” the base stats of the pistol can compensate for the 15% damage reduction. TheXC-10 Alectoincreases the damage multiplier by 2.5%, but when players are silenced, it doesn’t give away the player like other muzzles do.
However, that damage multiplier is negligible because of how much more the player will hit. With the base damage of the “Dying Night” along with the multiplier, players may hit harder than ever.

Players looking to get this muzzle can simply do the first NCPD scanner hustle for Rancho Coronado for the crime called Assault in Progress, or the fourth crime in Little China called Hidden Gem.
Cyberpunk 2077has a ton of places where firefights can happen. Night City is a diverse world and shows how different enemies fight in different situations. TheE255 Percipientscope shows how not every place is the same. Players need to fight at a distance with this scope; however, it can be applied in most situations that need a sniper.
If players are fighting at night, this scope can light up the area when players are looking through it. On top of that, this scope has one of the fastest aim-down sights times inCyberpunk 2077. While players may shy away from sniping inCyberpunk 2077,this scope makes it more manageable.
Enemies usually drop this scope in both the Badlands and Night City.
Despite the damage drop that all silencers have, theCS-1 Taipanhas many benefits.Cyberpunk 2077has a widerange of bosses, and some are harder to take down than others. The silencers help balance it out. If players choose to run in, taking down these bosses will be harder, since players have to deal with their henchmen as well. However, if players take a quiet route by using silencers, they can effectively take down these harder enemy types.
If players have a stealth build, this silencer will complement it. Even if they don’t, it’ll still help them more than other silencers. This silencer is a bare-bones attachment and does exactly what it’s supposed to, so there won’t be any surprises.
Much like the XC-10 Strix silencer, players need to build their Street Cred to level 19 for this to become available at weapon vendors.
This scope is very versatile and can make most weapons' range and accuracy better. If players can get the jump on enemies with the body perk “Guerilla,” it gives playersa 60% damageincrease within the first 10 seconds of the firefight. TheMk.2X Grandstandallows that to happen much more often. With the viewfinder built-in, players will be exiting combat much more quickly than the enemy can react to them.
If players already have the “Edgerunner Artisan” perk, allowing them tocraft legendary weapons, it makes the stats of the scope even better.
This scope can be found at most vendors. The other option is completing the crime in Arroyo called Hidden Gem.
Ricocheting bullets inCyberpunk 2077make for a great time, as players unleash tactical shots to take out their enemies in an engaging manner. This can be a bit technical, butplayers who opt to use Smart weaponscan unlock an additional layer to combat as they wallop their enemies with these weapons. There’s nothing more satisfying than using a ricochet to hit enemies in cover and deal some impressive damage in the process.
There are many muzzle brakes that players can use to make this easier for themselves. TheRC-7 Kutrubis a great muzzle brake that players can use if ricocheting bullets is their jam. This attachment is perfect for pistols and revolvers. Players who want to spice things up for themselves can use these handguns with the Kutrub to increase ricochet angle and chance while decreasing bullet spread.
Players have a good chance of purchasing this weapon from Robert Wilson in V’s building after completing Shoot to Thrill.
There are many automatic weapons thatplayers can get their hands on in the game, namely assault rifles and submachine guns. These weapons are great for players who want to spray a wealth of bullets without a care in the world, taking out multiple targets as they empty magazines without too many issues. These weapons are incredibly satisfying to use, and players who love the ricochet effect should use a muzzle brake to enhance the chance of the same.
TheRC-7 Yokaiis functionally identical to the Kutrub. The only difference is that it fits automatic weapons instead of handguns. It can be really effective if players get the highest tier, turning a player’s weapon into something truly special and deadly in the right hands.
Once again, Robert Wilson is the person that players should visit if they want a chance of obtaining this muzzle brake.
Silencers are great inCyberpunk 2077because they allow players to fight in more ways than being loud. It’ll take longer, but players will be rewarded with more XP. One of the best things about the game is itsgood side missions.The Pisces side mission requires players to either kill the Tiger Claw leaders, or side with them. Killing the leaders is easier if players can be stealthy about it. All silencers lower the damage to weapons, including theXC-10 Strix, so it’s best for players to sneak up on enemies and one-shot them.
To balance the damage drop, the XC-10 Strix gets a crit advantage, meaning players have a higher chance of doing a lot of damage at a closer range.
To get this silencer, players need to build their Street Cred up to 9 by doing side missions. After that, most vendors will have it in their inventory.
This scope can work on a range of weapons. Before Patch 1.5, theHyakumewas fine, but it didn’t change much. Since players can put this scope on any pistol or submachine gun, it will increase the range. If the weapon itself has a good range spec, that increases even more.
Because this is a holographic scope, players don’t need to worry about checking their ammo or surroundings. On top of that, it has a target identifier that can target up to four enemies at once. This not only helps players get a good understanding of targets but also increases the player’s accuracy. Pair this scope with the clothingmod “Dead Eye,“which increases crit shot to 100%.
The best part about this mod is that it can be bought at any vendor or easily looted from downed enemies.
