Jake Park was the son of a rich family, but due to the pressures of such a life, he dropped out of school and began to live off the grid. While he stayed in occasional contact with his mother, Jake one day disappeared without a trace into the depths of the woods. The police never found him and Jake becamea new resident of the Entity’s realm.

Due to his perks, Jake is a survivor that is based around keepinghidden from the killer. Players that choose to play as him should take advantage of his perks and keep their heads low as their progress through the trial. It’s always important as a survivor to note that while survivor players see the game through a third-person perspective, killers can only see from a first-person perspective. This makes it much easier to see where the killer is looking.
Jake Park’s teachable perks are Iron Will, Calm Spirit, and Saboteur. The teachable versions of these perks will start appearing on Jake’s bloodweb after he reaches levels 30, 35, and 40 respectably. Playing as Jake isn’t recommended for brand new players as his Saboteur perk is an especially risky one to pull off. Players should get a feel for the game witha character like Claudetteand get their teachable perks beforehand.
Iron Will
Iron Will as a perk that muffles the sounds of pain caused by being injured. The sounds are muffled the more upgraded the perk becomes. As many killers use the more subtle sounds made by the survivors to track them inDead by Daylight, this can be very helpful in staying hidden during a chase.
Calm Spirit
This perk helps prevent from causing crows from scattering and alerting the killer. The more it is leveled up, the less likely it is for crows to flee.
Saboteur
Saboteur allows equipped playersto sabotage a hookwithout a toolbox. The more this perk is leveled up, the less time it takes for the cool-down period to pass. This perk additionally allows the equipped player to see the aura of hooks within 56 meters if they are picked up by the killer.
When sabotaging hooks, players shouldn’t just take them down whenever they want, as they respawn after 30 seconds. Players who wish to sabotage should get a hook mostly sabotaged and only complete the sabotage if a killer is just about to put a survivor on the hook. This will force the killer to find a new hook and buy the carried survivor possibly enoughtime to shake themselves free.
