Players ofDestiny 2are still adamantly looking for ways to glitch out of play areas to experience what the game truly has to offer. While doing a mission called The Other Side, one fan found themselves way outside the intended zone, giving a bird’s eye view of the realm.
The Other Side is a mission that was introduced toDestiny 2a year ago duringSeason of Opulence. Due to the advent of the Destiny Content Vault, players have only a couple of months left to experience this mission. It, alongside all Leviathan-related content, will be removed from the game for an indefinite amount of time on November 10.

To access the portal to The Other Side, fans first need to work onupgrading their Tribute Halls, a personalized statue garden/hub/practice room. The mission takes place in the Ascendant Realm, a hellscape and a dark reflection of the worlds ofDestiny.
As the quest concludes, players are greeted with a portal that willtake them back to their Tribute Halls.Destiny 2glitcher Eternity found out that sliding through the edge of this portal allows them to slip through the world.
By the time the slide finishes, they’re already through the portal and back inside the Tribute Hall. However, as the animation concludes, their character doesn’t stand on the ground but instead falls through it.
The best part is, of course, being able to see the mission space that they were just in. The Other Side emerges into view way below the Tribute Hall and skyline, appearing like a snowglobe with its structures neatly encapsulated inside a sphere.
The player isn’t told to “Turn Back!” orkilled immediately for being outside the missionas this isn’t an officially defined kill-zone by Bungie. However, Eternity does get teleported to their fireteam member after falling for a while.
With this trick, it could be possible to enter back inside The Other Side from outside with the use ofsword flying and aerial abilities. Players have been able to do a similar thing with the Queen’s Court, entering this exclusive end-of-quest room from the patrol zone.
Any of this is possible since the alternate dimensions like The Other Side and Queen’s Court aren’t separate zones/instances but merely a room placed far below a zone. This means players can freely visit these places without teleporting if they canmanage to glitch outside zone boundaries.
Destiny 2is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions also in development.
