One of the biggest announcements coming alongside theDestiny 2mid-season update is a pretty significant damage boost to primary weapons. In terms of PvE content, auto rifles have been given a 25% boost in damage to red and orange-bar enemies, while pulse rifles, hand cannons, and sidearms were boosted by 20% Finally, Scout Rifles have also been given a buff of 10% which should make all of these weapons even more appealing to players.
This patch has also made numerous tweaks and changes to most weapon archetypes and certainexotics have also been modified like the SMG Tarrabahgetting reduced zoom and Ravenous Beast energy generated when taking damage.
Destiny 2players who were looking for a commendation related to fashionnow have the opportunity to both hand out and receive one at the end of certain activities to be Best Dressed. In addition, issues surrounding the higher end Guardian Rank requirements have also been fixed. For example, players who have completed a dungeon solo or completed a raid on Master difficulty is now retroactive, so players logging in will likely have that step ready to be completed once the game download has finished.
