AnElden Ringplayer made an amazing piece of artwork featuring a Cleanrot Knight. FromSoftware’s epic RPG has been inspiring those who play the game to create amazing pieces of art surrounding it. This has led to a number ofElden Ringpaintings, as well as works featuring other mediums such as figures.
One thing that fans like to draw are the enemies andbosses thatElden Ringplayers come across. This includes pieces featuring Malenia, the Elden Beast, and Starscourge Radahn. A gamer decided to draw an enemy from the game that is associated with Malenia.

A Reddit user known as OJ_Designs posted an image of a work of art that they drew. The artwork depicts aCleanrot Knight fromElden Ringthat is heavily infected with the Scarlet Rot. The disease can be seen bursting out of its armor, and has begun growing on the knight’s sword and spear. The artist also drew a detailed and beautiful sword, which also has the Scarlet Rot infesting it. The painting is beautiful, though a bit dark and somewhat disturbing considering the situation that the knight is being drawn in.
OJ_Designs artwork has gained a bit of popularity. Many Reddit users feel that the piece is amazing, with a few mentioning that it reminds them of the Boar God from the animated filmPrincess Mononoke. There are also others who felt that the Cleanrot Knights should get more and more infected the closer a player got toElden Ring’sMalenia, until they look like what is seen in OJ_Designs work. The artist was asked if they do commissions, and answered by saying that while physical prints are not available at the moment, they do take digital commissions. OJ_Designs artwork is an interesting take on the Cleanrot Knights and would be a terrifying enemy to encounter.
The Cleanrot Knights that players encounter inElden Ringare servants of Malenia. They vowed to fight alongside her despite the state of their flesh and were with her when she battled against General Radahn’s army. The Cleanrot Knights serve as Field Bosses and can be found in the Stillwater Cave and the Abandoned Cave. When encountered, the enemy will carry a sword and a secondary weapon to battle against players. The idea of the Cleanrot Knights is grotesque and dark, but fitting for a game likeElden Ring. OJ_Designs captures that, creating an enemy that could easily fit in any additional content that is released for the RPG.
