The firstJackbox Party Packcontains a version of the original trivia game by the developer,You Don’t Know Jack 2015.This game is for 1 to 4 players, and they earn in-game money as they correctly answer trivia within a time limit. The most money at the end of the game wins. There is also a sort of sabotage mechanic called “screws” where one player can force another player to answer the question immediately; the player that “screws” another player can earn points/in-game money if the “screwed” player fails to answer correctly and immediately.
The first party pack also containsLie Swatter,where up to 100 players must guess whether a trivia statement is true or false. Like the previous game, the faster a question is answered the more points are received, and the winner is the player with the most points at the end.
