This trailer starts with a brief broadcast that could be heard throughout the city, with several characters all speaking at once as they fight. It then cuts to gameplay footage, where it shows off how two of SNK’s biggest stars,Terry Bogard and Rock Howard, will look inFatal Fury: City of the Wolves. Terry’s iconic outfit fromGarou: Mark of the Wolveshas been retained, with Rock Howard similarly having the same classic wardrobe. The models appear to be recycled fromKOF15, though with some minor visual tweaks.

Terry and Rock have their trademark moves, with Terry having his Power Wave and Rock using his biological father’s Reppuken. Attentive viewers of the trailer were able to identifywho could be included in thisGarousequelbased on the trailer’s opening broadcast. Alongside Rock and Terry, potential fighters include Mai Shiranui, B. Jenet, Billy Kane, Hotaru Futaba, and evenGarou: Mark of the Wolves' final boss Kain R. Heinlein.

SNK only confirmed thatFatal Fury: City of the Wolvesis “furiously in development” and asks fans to tune in when the next bit of information is shared. The trailer didn’t give any target platforms, but based on the previous releases from the developer, it will likely be a multi-platform release. The fighting game developer will also likely implement rollback netcode for this game, asKOF15included it on launch, and many of its other fighting games, likeKOF13andSamurai Shodown, have been getting patched to include it as well.
