How To Start Esoteric Secrets of the Elders In FF7 Rebirth
Afterlanding in Nibelheim, follow the hooded men and leave the airstrip. When you see a body of water, jump in and swim across to the other side. Keep going left, and then start climbing up until you see solid ground. There will be a Chocobo Farm ahead. Move forward and talk to Billy, who will introduce you to the Chocobo Sage. The latter will reveal that his Chocobo ran away. So, it’s time to wrangle it.
How To Get Nibel Region Chocobo In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
After talking to the Sage,fast travel to the airstripand then go down one level. Take a right, and you should see a regular Chocobo. As you get closer, you will get an overview of the minigame. Unlike the previous times when players had to sneak up to wrangle the Chocobo, this time things will be different. Instead of going straight, go along the path on the right that leads to the top. Pick up the Chocobo bait and throw it in front of Selena to lure her out.
If Selena hits a cactus, she will go back, and repeatedly hitting these obstacles will cause her to run away. So, keep an eye on the movements of the cactus and lead Selena out of the maze. Then go down, sneak behind her, and wrangle her. Withthe Nibel Region Chocobosecured, it’s time to go back to the Sage.
Where To Find Chocograss In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Chocograsscan be found floating above sea bodies. So get on theNibel Region Chocoboand press the L2 button to launch yourself into the air.Chocograss is scattered around the waternear the Sage’s farm. You need to collect 30 of them, but it won’t take more than five minutes.
The Sage’s Final Trial
In the final trial, players will have to compete in a Chocobo race with the Sage. It’s the same as the race in the Dustbowl. Watch the turns and use the boosts at the right time, and you should be home dry.
Esoteric Secrets of the Elders Rewards
Aftercompleting Esoteric Secrets of the Elders, players will receive a Chocobo Armband, 10 Party EXP, and 1,600 EXP. It will also cause Cloud’srelationship with Yuffie toimprove.
