Unfortunately for new players, it’s hard to deny thatFootball Manager 22has a steep learning curve, with many of its features seeming like rocket science at first. One feature that is significantly more complex in theFootball Managerseries thangames likeFIFAis transfers. Kamara transfer options

First Steps

First things first, the manager needs to select the player that they wish to submit an offer for. They will then be hit with a wall of information about the player, especially if they’ve scouted them.Just underneath the player’s name is a dropdown menu titled “Transfer.“The menu will provide the following options:

Making An Offer

After selectingMake An Offer, a new screen of information will appear. This screen will give details on how much the club can afford, legal details such as the player’s work permit application, and an estimation of their value.

The offer details are on the right side of the screen. An amount of money will often be pre-entered in the Fee section; this is an estimation of the player’s worth, thoughit’s often considerably less than what the selling team will demand.

Before the manager starts their first negotiation, it’s worth having a good read through theadditional feesandadditional clauses. With deals becoming continuously more expensive, additional fees and clauses are common today, so it’s worth including some to try and spread the cost out.

Sealing The Deal

Like any negotiation, the manager should make their first offer lower than what they expect to pay.Don’t go too low, however, as it could offend the selling club and stop the deal dead in its tracks. It’s also important not to draw the negotiation out for too long, as the selling club may get frustrated.

Managers can either submit a formal offer or click Suggests Terms when they’ve got a fee set;the suggest terms option is the better choice when aiming to negotiate, as it will make the process far quicker and smoother. If the manager doesn’t have the available funds to make the deal, they can select theInteract with Board option to ask for more money, like a kid asking their parents for change to buy candy.

Kamara deal agreed

Once the fee is agreed upon, the team can submit their formal offer for the player. When finalized, the buying team will have permission to get the ball rolling on officiallywelcoming the player to their team.
