One of the best aspects of 4-star characters inGenshin Impactis having the chance to easily collect all their Constellations, unlike their 5-star counterparts. Each Constellation adds a new passive to its character. Sometimes it could empower an ability, while at other times, it may create a whole new ability for that character.
Chongyun’s Constellations are mostly offensive inGenshin Impact. Some of them even enhance his ability to take the Main DPS role in his team compositions.

Are Chongyun’s Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?
The short answer is yes, Chongyun can’t really do a lot without his Constellations. In fact, one of his Constellations’ passive effects is what makes him fit in so many team compositions. Without it, he may have become forgotten, like Lisa or Kaeya. So far, with the ever-changing Meta, Chongyun is recklessly swaying on that middle thin line between fitting the Meta or being underrated.
C1 - Ice Unleashed
Chongyun is a Support or a Sub-DPS. He doesn’t take any field time from his team and giving him any is one ofChongyun’s mistakes players make inGenshin Impact. His first Constellation adds some nice damage at the end of his Normal Attack sequel, which takes almost four seconds to be performed. Four seconds are enough time for many DPS units to shred the enemies.
C2 - Atmospheric Revolution
C2 passive effect is aunique Constellation inGenshin Impact. It gives Chongyun a new ability that allows his teammates to enjoy 15% less cooldown on their talents. This is perfect for characters like Hu Tao and Shenhe.
C4 - Frozen Skies
On paper, this constellation’s effect is crazy good. But unfortunately, for Chongyun, his C4 doesn’t really add anything, for two main reasons; one, just like his C1, Chongyun doesn’t take any field time to benefit from this Constellation. Two,his Elemental Burst has a low Energy requirementthat he can easily fulfill without any trouble.
C6 - Rally of Four Blades
C6 Chongyun takes him from a decent Support into one ofthe best Sub-DPS inGenshin Impact. His sixth Constellation enhances his Elemental Burst by adding one more falling Spirit Blade and adding more potential damage to all four of them.
