A newGenshin Impactleak has revealed that popular characters Hu Tao and Venti could receive re-runs in the upcoming update 4.1. The new Fontaine region has introduced tons of new characters which means that after a couple of filler updates, players will get the chance to expand their roster with new playable units.
Genshin Impacthas already confirmed which two new characters that will arrive in version 4.1, Wriothesley and Neuvillete. Both of them have also been featured in Fontaine’s story teasers which means that their stories will be tied to the Hydro nation. Neuvillete also made multiple in-game appearances in which he was portrayed as one of the most powerful characters in Fontaine.

This gacha mechanic allows players to pull for two playable units at the same time. Hu Tao will be placed on the first banner alongside Neuvillete, while Venti is apparently scheduled for the second half.

Many fans expected Venti to make another banner appearance since HoYoverse will most likely follow their usual pattern of featuring one Archon per update after the release of a new major region.
