Fantastic Bait is locked in a chest in the Power Plantin the Wasteland. The exact location can be found in the image below.
As soon as players enter the Plant, they need to dive into the water and go inside through the hole in the ground.
As they continue to descend, players should keep scanning, as it makes it easier to find the chest. Afterlocating the chest,enter the passcode, which is θθθβββ. The chest will open, and players willget a Fantastic Bait. Immediately after this, a prompt will appear asking players whether they want to travel to the Bulletin Board or not. Select yes, and you willbe taken to Xion. Approach the board and complete the mission. Fantastic Bait can be used to catch jumbo fish.
