Where To Get The Spirit Sword In Shadow Of The Erdtree

To acquire the Spirit Sword, begin byreaching the Cerulean Coast, an optional area with numerous valuable items.

Once you’ve reached the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace, head directly west. After approximately 40 to 50 seconds, you’ll encounter a large fallen structure. From there, you have two options: continue west to activate the Cerulean Coast West Site of Grace, or turn right to find the Sword.

Regardless of your choice, proceed northeast from the broken structures, cutting through the woods until you reach the end. In about 30 seconds, you’ll discover a glowing light which marks the location of theSpirit Sword. Be cautious of demi-human enemies in the area — defeat them or quickly grab the sword and retreat as you see fit.

This curved sword features a weapon skill called Rancor Slash, which is alsofound on the Spirit Glaive. When activated, this skill unleashes a swift swirl that slashes through enemies. What sets it apart is the additional damage dealt by summoned vengeful spirits that pursue and attack enemies. Following this initial attack, you can follow up with one additional strike. Notably, the skillrequires 12 FPand cannot be charged.

Although theSpirit Swordcannot be infused with an Ash of War, it can be upgraded to +10 using Somber Smithing Stones.
