Summary
Domain Expansionsare the strongest technique that a Sorcerer or Cursed Spirit is able to use in a battle inJujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash. It’s an incredibly powerful technique that essentially creates a barrier around the opponent, which has been infused with the user’s Cursed Technique, making them more or less a sitting duck as they are at the mercy of the person using it, who is able to control the space in any way they would like.
Despite being so strong, the Domain Expansion isn’t just thrown out randomly,it’s more of a last-resort abilitythat is encouraged to only be utilized when absolutely necessary. The good news is these flashy and exciting attacks can also be used by a few of the characters inJujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clashto get a step up over the opponent, and it’s fair to say that developers BYKING did an excellent job at making them feel just as absurdly strong as they are presented as being in the show.

5Megumi - Chimera Shadow Garden
While Very Flashy And Eye-Catching, Megumi’s Most Powerful Attack Is On The Shorter Side
When Megumi places his hands together to activate his Domain Expansion, a large black pool of liquid completely covers the opponent to freeze them in place, making themthe perfect target for his Shikigamito attack them from all angles. The attack from Megumi’s companions is so devastating that it ends up electrifying the enemy and even sends them flying away, providing the perfect opportunity for a follow-up combo, which Megumi excels at thanks to his long-ranged attacks.
The attack itself packs one hell of a punch, cutting off a large portion of the opponent’s health bar to the point where it will only take an extra hit or two to finish them off for good. It definitely could have benefited from the attack being just a little longer, or maybe with a few other Shikigamis making an appearance, but it’s still nice to see Megumi get the chance to show off his dangerous Domain Expansion technique nonetheless.

4Mahito - Self-Embodiment Of Perfection
Mahito Traps His Enemy In A Wall Of Hands Where His Own Attacks Become Much More Lethal
By far the weirdest of all the Domain Expansions,Mahito’s most powerful techniqueis one that immediately creeps the enemy out with its bizarre activation sequence before dropping them in an area that is surrounded by a collection of small and giant hands. When using the Domain Expansion, Mahito will open his mouth to reveal tiny hand seals that come together to unleash the ability, trapping the opponent in a large cluster of hands to ensure they have no way of escaping. When inside his Domain, Mahito’s attacks also gain a much longer range, turning him more into a zoner who can deal a staggering amount of damage with every punch.
There’s a lot of body horror on display in this attack, and it does an excellent job at showcasing just how sick and twisted Mahito is as a person but also how immensely powerful he is, literally being able to place his enemies in the “palm of his hand” with a single hand seal. Although his damage isn’t boosted too much when the Domain is activated, if players can make use of his longer limbs to juggle the opponent, he can become incredibly dangerous.

3Gojo - Infinite Void
Gojo Is Able To Instantly Freeze His Opponent In Place With His Visually Stunning Domain Expansion
During Gojo’s Domain Expansion, Infinite Void, he calls onthe power of Limitlessin order to manipulate time and space itself. By bringing the enemy into the Limitless, he floods their mind with an endless amount of information and knowledge, to the point where it overwhelms their senses and leaves them completely immobilized, freezing them in place for Gojo to attack them after the technique finally ends.
The endless trails of light and space effects all help to make this ability feel otherworldy and like something ripped straight out of a sci-fi movie, and it ultimately makes it a gorgeous feast for the eyes, which just never gets boring. While it does deal a considerable amount of damage, the attack, unfortunately, doesn’t change the arena in any way, but the visual spectacle of the technique and the fact that it can immediately stop an opponent in their tracks more than makes up for this.

2Sukuna - Malevolent Shrine
Sukuna Showcases Why He Should Be Feared With This Vicious Technique That Destroys The Opponent’s Health Bar
The King of Curseshas plenty of insanely powerful attacks and abilities that he can utilize during a fierce battle, but when trapping his opponent in the Malevolent Shrine, he’s able to make each of them far more deadly and accurate, annihilating anyone he sets his sights on. Upon bringing his hands together to awaken his Domain Expansion, Sukuna immediately barrages the enemy withhis Cleave technique, which slashes them from all angles, eventually causing them to explode in a blast of black Cursed Energy.
This attack already looks and sounds incredibly powerful, but what also helps it stand out is the small details that highlight the vicious personality and fighting style of Sukuna himself. Whether it’s the dark and menacing face that appears when activating the technique or even just the terrifying smile that Sukuna wears after his opponent has been annihilated, it’s an ability that perfectly showcases why so many people tremble at the mere mention of Sukuna.

1Jogo - Coffin Of The Iron Mountain
Jogo’s Domain Expansion Not Only Looks Amazing, It Also Amplifies Every One Of His Attacks
As a Cursed Spirit,Jogo loves nothing more than causing as much chaos as possibleand destroying any humans who get in his way, and with his Domain Expansion, he can subject them to the worst pain imaginable, being scorched alive in the center of a volcano. Jogo will start by erecting multiple rocky formations around his opponent, forcing them to stand at the top of a volcano while he looks on with a huge smile across his face. The way the camera pans around the entire arena, and the multiple shots of a creepy-looking Jogo really add to the attack’s aesthetic, making it seem truly powerful and destructive.
That’s not all, though, as when the attack is over, the stage completely transforms into a fiery volcano where lava can be seen pouring from the rocks in the background. Jogo gains a tremendous damage buff when inside his Expansion, and considering how strong a lot of his ranged attacks and traps already are, it means he can melt the enemy’s health bar with little to no effort. It’s an attack that is packed full of detail, and although Jogo can sometimes be seen as little more than a nuisance by those stronger than him, this just goes to show why she deserves to be taken more seriously.
