Tips For Completing Daredevil Trophy/Achievement
Players should complete this trophy/achievement in Recruit Difficulty since the enemy AI will be easier to handle, and players will die far less. To get the Daredevil trophy, players mustkill two enemieswhile affected by one flashbang.No enemy in thisCall of Dutyentry will actually use/throw a flashbang, so players need to throw it themselves.
Players can use lethal equipment or guns to complete this trophy/achievement. But, the timeframe players are affected by the flashbang is quite limited (more or less 1 second), so they’ll need to react quickly. There are several missions where players can complete this trophy/achievement, but this guide will cover some missions that players may find easier to complete the Daredevil trophy/achievement.
Mission 2: Kill or Capture
After crossing the field and reaching the first house on Mission 2 Kill or Capture, allies will breach the house where two enemy AQ soldiers are located. Players can throw a flashbang to their feet right before allies break the door and then “spray and pray” since both enemies are standing very close to each other (they aren’t armored enemies, so players can take care of them rather quickly).
Mission 2: Kill or Capture (Upon Entering the Warehouse)
After entering the warehouse, players will encounter four enemies on the first floor. They are all standing fairly close to each other, so players can throw a flashbang to their feet and then “spray and pray.”
Mission 6: Cartel Protection
Cartel Protection is amongthe most thrilling missions inCall of Duty Modern Warfare 2due to the number of enemies players will fight, not to mention Alejandro is leading the team. And as soon as the player enters the first area, they’ll have to fight several cartel enemies. Upon encountering the first one (the guy in the red shirt), players can throw the flashbang and then throw several grenades at him and toward the house next to the gray one.
Alternatively, players can throw the flashbang, throw a grenade toward the second house and shoot the cartel member with the red shirt.
Mission 12: Dark Water
After going up the set of stairs toward the beginning of Mission 12 Dark Water, players will see two porta potties with an enemy inside one of them (players can snag the trophy/achievement “A Crappy Way to Die” by killing that enemy). After passing the porta potties, Alejandro and a Shadow soldier will enter a room.
Upon entering the room, the Shadow soldier is gunned down, and Alejandro tells the player to push inside. There are three enemies in this small room, so players can throw a flashbang at their feet right before entering the room and either throw lethal equipment or memorize the location of the enemies and shoot them before recovering from the flashbang.
Mission 14: Prison Break
After liberating the other Los Vaqueros, players will enter the Mess Hall. This area will have several enemies bunched up together, making it easy to snag the trophy/achievement. The best spot is toward the left of the Mess Hall since 4 or 5 enemies come out of a room together.
