He chose to keep the truth from the other members of the Army simply because it would threaten their lives. The flashback concluded in the previous chapter and Sabo revealed every bit of information there was to both Ivankov and Dragon. Fans didn’t get to see their plan forward, however, they only drew the conclusion thatImu is the Sovereign of the worldand one of the Founding 20 as well as the fact that they are somehow immortal, likely due to the powers of the Ope Ope no Mi.
From here onwards, the war of the Revolutionary Army finally begins. As mentioned previously, they have put Marijoa under siege and the Holy Knights will soon be mobilized in an attempt to fight against the Revolutionary Army. This means things will soon start heating up when it comes to the war against the World Government and fans should expect the likes of Garling Figarland, among other characters, to take center stage very soon.
Furthermore, the other powerful units of the World Government, such as the Navy, are likely going to make a move as well, however, at the moment, they appear to be busy but something far greater and that is the invasion of Egghead Island.
Fans have not seen Egghead Island in quite a bit andOne Piecechapter 1087 could very well remedy that. It has been a very long time since fans saw Luffy and the group. The last time Oda drew them was when the truth about York was revealed. Luffy, Zoro, Kaku, and Lucci were fighting against the Seraphims S-Bear and S-Hawk. Meanwhile, Sanji was fighting against S-Shark. At the same time, S-Snake was running free while the group of Nico Robin was headed towardthe Devil FruitLaboratory that was abandoned and where Vegapunk is being held currently.
York is also present there and, as fans know, she wants to become a Celestial Dragon and for that reason, she has betrayed Vegapunk and all his work. Things are only going to get more interesting on Egghead Island and Oda certainly needs to draw the events of Egghead moving further.One Piece1087 could also see Oda draw bits related to the Blackbeard ship that was arriving on the island. Given that a significant portion of the Blackbeard crew is currently already busy, this ship likely carries Katarina Devon as well as Lafitte. It’ll be interesting to see how exactly they fit into the Egghead Island scenario, however, given the opportunities take nature of the Blackbeard Pirates, this is going to be very intriguing.

IfOne Piecechapter 1087 sees the story returned to again to Egghead Island, this could mean that Oda could throw some light on the Egghead Incident. This incident is of massive proportions and was teased by Oda to be one of the greatest in the entire story. While the Egghead Incident hasn’t happened yet and is a day away, it is going to be one that shakes the entire world ofOne Pieceto its very core. It isn’t hard to predict what this incident entails. Fans already know that Admiral Kizaru is on the way to enter the island and with him are 100 Navy battleships, which is 10 times bigger than any Buster Call.
At the same time,Saint Jaygarcia Saturn, who is the Warrior God of Defense Science, is with him as well. They also likely have several powerful Vice Admirals with them, given the fact that Vice Admiral Doll was also called up and that they have 100 battleships, which can’t be commanded by lower-ranking Marines. Given the firepower that they have, the Straw Hat Pirates could be in great trouble, however, the only way they can get out of this situation is by fighting and if they didn’t fight, the Egghead Incident wouldn’t have been teased the way it has been.
Fans are in for a major war, likely the biggest that theOne Pieceworld has seen since the Paramount War, andOne Piecechapter 1087 could build up to that. At this point in time, Kizaru and his Fleet should not be too far away from Egghead, given that they have been sailing for quite a long time. Fans can only hope that the next chapter will progress the story in this aspect.
One Piece On Break
As many fans would have heard already,One Piece1087 is not going to be released anytime soon. The series is going on a break. This isn’t like the averageOne Piecebreak that lasts for 2 weeks. Instead, the series will be on break for 5 weeks. Although Oda doesn’t often take these breaks, this time, he has to. The reason for theOne Piecebreak is the health of the author. His eyesight has been gradually deteriorating and he suffers from a case of astigmatism. According to Oda, he had been discussing taking a month-long break with the Chief Editor of Shounen Jump since last year and, finally, he believes it is time to take one.
Oda has put his entire life into the masterpiece that isOne Pieceand fans should be understanding of the fact that he deserves time to rest and recuperate in peace. At the same time, Oda has not had a healthy life ever sinceOne Piecebegan serialization and this could be a short break of sorts for him. Fans know how dedicated Oda is to his craft and that he will return with all guns blazing. Up until then, there is plenty of time for the fans to speculate and theorize about the many things that exist in the world ofOne Piece. After all, Oda did reveal quite a lot of information for the fans to carefully dissect and digest at the same time.
