7Monkey D. Dragon
Monkey D. Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army, and one of the most influential figures in theOnePieceworld. Dragon’s goal is to expose the lies of the World Government and free all the kingdoms from their tyranny.
He has been called the “Worst Criminal in the World,” and numerous attempts have been made to capture him. Taking his notorious reputation into consideration, Dragon is bound to be powerful, but as of now, fans do not know what kind of devil fruit he possesses, if he has one at all. Many theories claim that he could have the Kaze Kaze no Mi or the Wind Wind Fruit. However, the only evidence that backs up this claim is that his appearance has been accompanied by strong gusts of wind.
6Imu
Imu is the realsovereign of the World Government, but their existence has been kept hidden from the rest of the world. Imu first appeared during the Levely arc, where they were seen sitting on the Empty Throne.

At the moment, there is little to no information about Imu, but considering they are at the very top of the World Government it is plausible to assume that they possess an overpowered devil fruit. Recently, in the manga, Imu was seen destroying the entire Kingdom of Lulusia, which increases the possibility of them having a devil fruit.
5Lafitte
Lafitte is the chief of staff and navigator of the Blackbeard Pirates. He was one of the original members of the crew, and after Blackbeard became a Yonko, Lafitte was named the captain of the fifth ship.
Lafitte is loyal to his captain, and he will go to any lengths to prevent any kind of disrespect toward him. Naturally, as a member of the Blackbeard Pirates, Lafitte is undoubtedly a strong fighter. He specializes in stealth and hypnosis. Lafitte alsopossesses an unnamed devil fruitthat allegedly grants him the ability to fly.
4San Juan Wolf
Beforethe Blackbeard Pirates raidedImpel Down, San Juan Wolf was locked on Level 6. In order to recruit the finest criminals, Blackbeard ordered the prisoners to fight among themselves, promising them that whoever won would be freed. San Juan Wolf was among the few who were standing.

Even for a giant, San Juan Wolf is exceptionally huge. The reason behind his massive size is his unknown devil fruit. Wolf’s devil fruit allows him to increase his size as much as he wants. In fact, he is able to stand on the ocean floor.
3Urouge
Urouge is the captain of the Mad Monk Pirates and one of the members of the Worst Generation. He made his debut during the Sabaody Archipelago arc, where he briefly clashed with Admiral Kizaru. Urouge possesses an unnamed devil fruit that allows him to use the physical damage suffered to boost his own strength.
Although this ability doesn’t seem to work if he takes damagefrom Logia-type devil fruits. He has appeared only a handful of times in the series, which is why it is unclear what other pros and cons are associated with his devil fruit. If Urouge doesn’t appear again in the story, then it is possible that the name of his devil fruit will be revealed in a Vivre Card.
2Karasu
Hailing from North Blue, Karasu is one of thecommanders of the Revolutionary Army. His screen time has been rather limited, so there is not much information about his strengths and weaknesses. Bearing in mind that he has authority over the entire North Army, he is probably extremely strong.
Karasu possesses a mysterious devil fruit that allows him to turn himself into a murder of crows. The other applications of his devil fruit remain a mystery. However, asOne Pieceheads into the final saga, fans can expect the nature of his devil fruit to be explained pretty soon.
1Jewelry Bonney
After being away from the spotlight for so long, Jewelry Bonney has finally been involved in a major arc. On their way to Egghead Island, the Straw Hats rescued her from an eddy. Bonney stated that she was looking for Dr. Vegapunk because of what he did to her father.
So far, Bonney’s journey has been extremely bizarre. She went to the New World looking for Vegapunk, was caught by Blackbeard, and then taken into custody by the Marines. Bonney somehow managed to slip away from the Marines, and it is possible that Bonney’s devil fruit had a crucial role to play in her escape. With her devil fruit, Bonney is able to alter the age of anyone that she touches. Oda is yet to disclose the name of her devil fruit, although it is likely to be revealed before the Egghead Island arc ends.
