People Can Fly has officially created a community appreciation package for any players that struggled to connect toOutridersin the first few days after it released. The package includes several in-game goodies for those who stuck around as the issues plaguing the game disappear.

Outridersplayers who played between March 31st and April 11th are eligible for the community appreciation package, which includes A “level-appropriate” Legendary Weapon, a level appropriate amount of Titanium, and the emote “Frustration.” Currently, the Frustration emote isn’t available by any other means, so this appreciation package may be the only way to attain it.

The upcomingOutriderscommunity appreciation package is available to all players who have logged on as of now, including those who received an automatic inventory wipe restoration. Only a player’s highest level character will receive the in-game goodies according to People Can Fly, meaning they won’t be transferable. The developers also confirmed that the items are subject to change due to potential technical limitations, but its intent is to deliver something along the same lines if something comes up. People Can Fly hasn’t confirmed whenOutridersfans will gettheir hands on the appreciation package, but it should be coming soon.

“We would like to thank each and every one of you,” said People Can Fly in a recent Reddit post. “Beyond just saying it, however, we would like to confirm that we are working on a small ‘appreciation package’ for our launch window players.”

After more than five years in development,Outridersstill launched witha number of technical issues, most notably server connections. The developers at People Can Fly thanked fans in a recent Reddit post for their messages of support and encouragement. The team wanted to not only apologize to theOutriderscommunity but to give back to those who stuck around through the server frustration. Considering the fact that these items will be level-appropriate, the highest level players will likely get the most out of this package.

People Can Fly was transparentwith issuesOutriderswas facingat launch and regularly released updated information about fixes, but a portion of the community may feel burned by the third-person shooter’s launch. The studio was apparently just as disappointed with the rocky launch, but it’s nice to see that it will be apologizing to those who couldn’t play the game and thanking those who sent them positive messages. While free in-game loot is always fun to play with, most of theOutridersfans are probably just thankful to be able to play the game reliably after the growing pains of launch.

Fans ofOutridersin the comments of the Reddit post were mostly sharing positive sentiments and thanking thedevelopers at People Can Fly, but a few players who tried to play may never return to accept the loot.

Outridersis available right now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
