Winter Wonderland has come toOverwatch 2with a special Winter Fair shop featuring new cosmetics, plus the return of several popular Arcade game modes. However, from among theskinsOverwatch 2revealed during Season 8, Jingle Belle Mercy was one that generated the most excitement. Unfortunately, players were disappointed to learn the skin would not be added to the shop until after Christmas.

But then,Overwatch 2decided to give players a surprise. Jingle Belle Mercy has been added to the in-game shop early, allowing players to give the iconic healer a festive look for Christmas. Fans can pick up the Jingle Belle Mercy Legendary skin on its owndirectly from theOverwatch 2Hero Gallery, in her solo bundle that unlocks the Homemade Cookies Highlight Intro alongside other festive cosmetics, or in the Sweater Weather Mega Bundle, which also includes Ugly Sweater Winston.
Overwatch 2fans have been looking forward to this Mercy skin for quite a while. Jingle Belle Mercy was first spotted on the menu art for the Winter Wonderland eventin the originalOverwatchback in 2021. The art returned last year inOverwatch 2, but this year, Jingle Belle Mercy has finally become an actual skin. Players will have to wait and see ifOverwatch 2eventually makes another for Ashe or Genji, who also appear in said artwork.

Players can also pick up some other fantastic new skins via theWinter Fair inOverwatch 2. Fans can collect tickets by playing games over the next few weeks, which can then be traded for exclusive holiday and formalwear skins for Baptiste, Cassidy, Reinhardt, and Illari, as well as the Kerrigan Widowmaker skin. Players can earn more event tickets via the premium event pass, or by purchasing the Winter Fair bundle.
Unfortunately, some of the newfestiveOverwatch 2cosmetics have caused some controversy. Shop skins for heroes like Kiriko and Pharah are recolors of previous existing skins–a problem that has plagued past Winter Wonderland events inOverwatch 2. Though fans are less-than-happy about these skins, at leastOverwatch 2was able to delight with Jingle Belle Mercy.
