Social Links are a gameplay feature in everyPersonagame that enables you to unlock Arcana and Ultimate Personas. In some cases, a Social Link may be locked behind another Social Link. One example of this isPersona 3 Reload’s Justice Social Link, Chihiro Fushimi. However, you’ll need to speak with Chihiro after class on several occasions before you can formally unlock the Justice Social Link. You’ll want to be careful what you say, as choosing a “wrong” answer will delay you from getting Justice (Social Link) Rank 1 inPersona 3 Reload.

While it would be nice if you could just start the Social Link as soon as you meet the right person, a handful of Social Links have prerequisites. This can be as easy as giving them a specific item, or it can be tedious such as speaking to them on three consecutive days (or more). The Justice Social Link, Chihiro Fushimi, is one that takes several steps before you can reach Rank 1. On4/27in-game, you’ll be asked by Mitsuru tojoin the Student Council at Gekkoukan High. You will then need to go to theFaculty Roomon the first floor to speak toMs. Toriumito officially join the council, which can be found on thesecond floor across from your classroom. In doing this, you will unlock theEmperor Social Link, and you’ll meet Hidetoshi Odagiri and Chihiro Fushimi. Hidetoshi represents the Emperor Social Link, whereas Chihiro represents the Justice Social Link.

How to Start the Social Link ASAP
The following day on4/28, you will have some free timeAfter Class. You’ll want to go to theStudent Council Roomto findChihiro Fushimi. You’ll need to speak to herthree times on three different daysso that you may start the Justice Social Link.
If you want to unlock itas soon as possible, you’ll want tospeak to her three days in a row. You’ll also want to choose your answers carefully. If you pick the wrong one, you’ll have to try again the next day.
On the plus side, talking with Chihiro during After School hoursdoesn’t waste Afternoon time, so you can speak to her, then rush off to work on other Social Links, raising Social Stats, etc.

If you speak to Chihiro immediately after unlocking the Emperor Social Link, then the earliest you can start the Justice Social Link (given you met the prerequisites) will be on5/7. You won’t see Chihiro from the third to the sixth of May due toGolden Week.

Best Answers for Justice Social Link
Before you spend time with Chihiro, it’s advised that youhave a Persona of the Justice Arcanain your lineup. This willadd an extra pointto the best answers, thus making it easier to Rank Up. Here are the Personas from the Justice Arcana:
Angel is one of the first Persona you’ll get from Shuffle Time in Tartarus. She’slevel 4, and thereforeone of the cheaper Personas(2441 yen) to summon in the Velvet Room. Make sure she’s in your team before speaking to Chihiro.

You’llautomatically unlock Rank 1after you’ve spoken with Chihirothree days in a row (when she’s available). On the third encounter, you’ll want to choose/agree to “walk home together” so that you can formally unlock the Justice Social Link (Rank 1).
Since this rank is automatic,your choices won’t give you any points, so choose whichever you want.
