Additionally, some highly requested characters like Hercules and Beta Ray Bill will finally make their appearance inMarvel Snapnext season as well.
This season’s cards seem to really support an all-or-nothing play style, rewarding players who utilize decks full of 1-Cost or 6-Cost cards. Caeira’s ability prevents cards of these Costs from being destroyed, and Skaar Costs 2 less for each of the player’s cards with 10 or more Power. A card like Miek might also end up being a great addition toMarvel Snap’s discard archetypesince it gains +1 Power every turn the player discards a card, and Grandmaster can help facilitate this ability by allowing an On Reveal card to move to the middle location and activate its ability again.
Series Drop
In addition to these new cards,Marvel Snapalso revealed that the first Series Drop in over six months will finally occur in January 2024. Series Drops were a great way to make certain rarer cards more obtainable by dropping them to a lower series, thus decreasing their cost in the in-game shop, but these drops had not occurred sinceMarvel Snapadded Spotlight Cachesas the main way of obtaining new cards. Some of the cards that will see a series drop in January include powerful cards from the past few seasons that some players may still be missing, so this is a great opportunity to finally grab them.
